Disciple Now Weekend is an amazing 2 days of intense discipleship, fun
and friends. Teens will be grouped with friends their own age and
stay in host homes. Host homes are loving members of Cedar Crest
who allow groups to crash at their place. There is also a group
leader in each home. These leaders are college-aged guys and gals
who love the Lord and have a close walk with Him. They will be
leading small group Bible studies, hanging out with their group and
bring the hammer of discipline if need be.
Ben Hackler will be our guest speaker. Ben is from Louisiana but
now hangs out in Fort Worth where he is working on his Master's degree
at Southwestern Seminary. Ben will also be serving as this year's
Cross camp pastor.
This year for fun on Saturday we have rented out an indoor paintball facility and blacklight bowling alley. it's gonna be mad fun. Waivers must be signed of course.
